We are seeking a Hospitalist for a locum tenens day shift position in Orange, CA. This is a daytime inpatient float pool coverage opportunity spanning two hospital sites, with no call required. Please see below for more information.
Beds: Up to 144 (Irvine campus) / 80 (Los Alamitos)
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Manage a 60% admit rate at the Irvine campus
Work in a closed ICU environment (no observation unit at Irvine)
Code blue handled by ICU team
No procedures required on day shift
Care for adult patient population
Qualifications
Active California state license
DEA
ACLS (American Heart Association)
Epic experience required
Working Hours
Available shifts: June 1, 3, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14
No call
Start Date: 6/1/2026
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
