🏥 We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician (Night Shift) to join a leading healthcare facility in York, PA. This role offers a consistent 7 on / 7 off schedule, working alongside a supportive team in a high-capacity hospital setting.
Enjoy a structured schedule, manageable patient load, and a collaborative environment with no procedural requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Provide inpatient care during night shifts 🌙
Manage 10–12 admissions per night
Collaborate with hospital staff and care teams
Deliver high-quality care to adult patients (18+)
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation 💻
Qualifications
BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
Active Pennsylvania License
ACLS Certification required
DEA Certification required
1–2 years of hospitalist experience preferred
Working Hours
Night shifts (12 hours)
Typical shifts: 6 PM – 6 AM (some 8 PM – 8 AM)
7 on / 7 off rotation
14–15 shifts per month
Skills
Strong clinical decision-making 🧠
Effective communication & teamwork 🤝
Ability to manage inpatient admissions efficiently
Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred
