Join a dynamic academic OB/GYN hospitalist team delivering high-quality inpatient care across multiple hospital sites. This role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and teaching, working closely with residents while managing high-risk pregnancies in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Ideal for physicians passionate about women’s health and medical education.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage labor & delivery, OB/GYN triage, and emergency cases
• Perform gynecologic and obstetrical surgeries including high-risk procedures
• Supervise and teach residents during clinical care and didactic sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and GME teams
• Participate in rotating 12-hour day/night shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in L&D and inpatient settings
Qualifications
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain (Required)
• DEA certification or ability to obtain (Required)
• Clean malpractice and license history (Required)
• Strong interest in academic medicine and resident education
• Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred
• Not accepting Locums candidates
