Job Responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds on 12–15 patients per shift
• Manage admissions, rapid responses, and codes
• Work in an open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation
• Perform patient assessments, histories, and documentation (EMR)
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams
• Participate in team-based care managing 40–50 patients collectively
• Ensure safe and efficient patient care transitions
Qualifications
• Must obtain Board Certification within 2 years if BE
• New York medical license or willingness to obtain (Required)
• DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (Required)
• Clean malpractice and license history (Required)
• Comfortable working in an open ICU setting
• Not accepting Locums candidates
