Full time
A highly regarded community health system is seeking a full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist to join its inpatient team. This role offers a predictable schedule, strong support structure, and excellent compensation in a collegial, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
• Full-time nocturnist position
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (14 shifts per month) with flexibility
• Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Average 5–6 admissions per night
• APP support for admissions until midnight
• Focus on admissions and cross-coverage
Clinical Responsibilities
• Manage overnight admissions and inpatient cross-cover
• Respond to codes as needed
• Collaborate with emergency department and inpatient teams
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered hospital care
Procedures:
• No procedures required
• Intubations handled by ER physicians
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $370,000 annually
• CME allowance provided
