Academic Hospitalist | Full-Time | Victorville, CA
- Hospital-based position combining patient care with academic responsibilities in a resident teaching environment
- Opportunity to work closely with Internal Medicine residents and contribute to a growing residency program
- Will sponsor J1 waiver
Schedule & Structure
- Monday"Friday schedule (8AM"5PM) + 1 weekend per month
- Day shift hospitalist role
- Open ICU environment
- Will round with residents and serve as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Some primary care coverage required (preferred)
- Procedures preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $275,000/year with semi-annual production bonus
- Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- California medical license or ability to obtain
- Commitment to resident education and academic medicine
- Strong communication and leadership skills
