Join a progressive, provider-led healthcare team in Great Falls, Montana, where living well and practicing medicine with purpose go hand in hand. We are seeking an experienced BE/BC Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care in a state-of-the-art acute care hospital. This role offers autonomy, professional collaboration, and a schedule designed to promote work/life balance.


Position Highlights


  • Join a collaborative, high-functioning hospitalist team with dedicated nocturnists and Pulm/CC coverage


  • Manage diverse inpatient cases with autonomy, supported by Telemed critical care and on-call specialists

  • 7 on / 21 off schedule (7:00 am - 7:00 pm), providing flexibility and personal time


  • Opportunity to utilize procedural skills including central lines, intubation, and arterial lines


Practice Environment


  • Acute care hospital with 46 beds, 10-bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites, and 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit


  • Busy ED with 8 beds and highly experienced staff


  • State-of-the-art diagnostics and surgical support across multiple specialties


  • Daily census averages 15 patients with a supportive 1:5 nursing ratio

Candidate Requirements


  • BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine


  • Comfortable with core hospitalist procedures


  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent teamwork skills


  • Prior inpatient experience preferred
