Healthcare United is actively seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join a well-established, physician-led multispecialty group in southeastern Massachusetts. This full-time, inpatient-focused role offers a structured block schedule, strong specialty support, and a highly efficient, team-based care model.
Physicians provide coverage across two affiliated community hospitals and work alongside a collaborative team of specialists, case managers, and administrative staff. The environment is designed to support high-quality patient care, streamlined workflows, and strong clinical outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Work a 7 on 7 off block schedule
• Choose between day shifts (7a–7p) or swing shifts (1p–10p)
• Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure efficient patient throughput and high-quality care delivery
• No ICU management required
• No invasive procedures required
• No overnight shifts
Qualifications
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
• Comfortable working a block schedule with rotating shifts
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Not open to visa sponsorship
Working Hours
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Swing shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• No overnight shifts required
