- Other details: The facility which stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 10-15 patients per shift. We are seeking hospitalist coverage for two providers for day shifts, Tuesday to Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., requiring coverage 1–2 weeks per month. Providers must have privileges for ongoing ventilator management, with case logs demonstrating at least 15 cases in the past 24 months, and evidence of these case logs must be included with their credentialing presentation, as providers will not be cleared without them. Coverage is expected to start in mid-April to early May, depending on completion of the credentialing process.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage ongoing ventilator care for patients in the ICU
* Ensure patient care continuity during assigned coverage weeks
* Submit required case logs for credentialing
Qualifications
* Privileges for ongoing ventilator management with documentation of at least 15 cases in the past 24 months
* Ability to complete credentialing requirements on time
Working Hours
* Coverage required 1–2 weeks per month
* Start date mid-April to early May, depending on credentialing completion
