Seeking a BC-BE Hospitalist to join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest!
- Join a growing Hospitalist Team
- 7 on, 7 off daytime schedule -- 182 shifts per year

- Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support
