We are seeking a Board Certified Hospitalist for a unique, call-based assignment in Washington. This role is designed for a physician who thrives in an acute care setting and prefers the autonomy of a call-only schedule.
Assignment Timeline
- Start Date: May 1, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Credentialing: 90–120 Day Timeline (Standard Hospital Privileging)
Below are the current shifts available, there would be supervision of the APP scheduled those evenings. Capital has approx79 beds, an open ICU and is supported by most specialties (not Neurosurgery). We are stroke certified.

- Sept 17-23
Schedule & Clinical Workflow
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
- EMR: Epic
- Scope: Management of acute admissions, inpatient consults, and cross-coverage during call shifts.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC).
- Licensure: Active Washington (WA) State Medical License OR eligible via IMLC.
- Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
