Exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a busy, well-established inpatient team providing comprehensive women’s health services. This full-time, hospital-based role offers 24-hour in-house coverage in a high-volume labor & delivery setting, working alongside midwives, anesthesia, NICU, and a multidisciplinary care team.

🩺 Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery
• Manage OB/GYN triage and respond to ER calls as needed
• Support approximately 80 deliveries per month in a high-volume setting
• Perform daily rounds on post-partum and post-operative patients
• Serve as a regional referral resource for gynecologic patients
• Collaborate closely with midwives and community health partners
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including anesthesia and NICU
• Participate in hospital protocol development and quality initiatives

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required)
• Eligible for or active Iowa medical license
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

• 24-Hour In-House Shifts
• Full-time dedicated hospitalist role
• ER call integrated into shift coverage (no separate call schedule)
