About the Role
- Physician leader medical director
- W2 eligible, one day per week
- Location: in person in Wadesboro, North Carolina
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS) with an estimated range of $69,000 to $73,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Support and Development

Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams, develop and adjust individualized care plans, monitor patient's progress, and coordinate care for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina physician medical license and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, family or internal medicine preferred; new grads welcome
- Strong clinical skills and communication abilities
- Ability to commute/relocate: in or near Wadesboro, North Carolina, you can live in Monroe (approx. 30-40 min), Rockingham (approx. 20-30 min), Wingate (approx. 20-25 min), Ansonville (approx. 15 min), and Peachland (approx. 15 min) for a commute under an hour; these areas provide direct access to Wadesboro via US-74 or US-52, allowing for reasonable daily travel times
