HOSPITALIST DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY

AREA
Western Vermont offers the quintessential New England experience. Picturesque area combines history, great education, industry & sense of community. Also recently named among one of the most vibrant towns in the US. Culturally rich with art galleries, performing arts and museums, this college town is also known for its award-winning restaurants, world-class skiing & snowboarding plus more! 45 minutes to nearest regional airport. Service area has 75,000 people.

ROLE
· Will see patients in 100% inpatient clinic
· Daytime model Monday thru Friday
· Join team of 10 physicians & 3 advanced practice provider
· 50 % patient facing schedule- 50% administrative leadership
· No procedures
· ADC 35
· Open 10 bed ICU


PACKAGE
Hospital employed salary range $340,000- 350,000, commensurate with experience
$50k sign bonus- other potential bonuses
Medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO plus CME support
Relocation assistance of $10,000

Qualifications

·     Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Vermont
·     1-3 years experience required
·     Strong clinical, management & leadership skills required
·     Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
