🏥 Position Highlights

✨ 7 PM – 7 AM schedule
✨ 7 on / 7 off rotation

✨ Closed ICU overnight rounding (Hospitalist patients)

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

✔ Perform admissions and manage hospitalized patients overnight
✔ Conduct comprehensive history & physical examinations
✔ Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
✔ Provide closed ICU rounding for Hospitalist patients
✔ Document patient encounters in EPIC
✔ Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams
✔ Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care
✔ Deliver patient-centered, high-quality inpatient care

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active New York license or willingness to obtain
  
• Recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days at presentation)
• DEA required
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
