Hospitalist Physician – Eastern Florida Coastal Location
A well-established healthcare organization on Florida’s east coast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join its inpatient team across two nearby hospital campuses.
Position Highlights
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Day shifts only
- Variety of schedule structures with flexibility in patient volume
- No call responsibilities
- Advanced practice providers cover nights
- Hybrid ICU model
- No procedures required
- Provide inpatient medical management for adult patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive hospital environment
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Base salary starting at $275,000, negotiable based on experience, with earning potential up to $400,000
- RVU and/or performance bonus opportunities
