- $1,750 per shift (Days)
- 7-on / 7-off schedule (182 shifts annually)
- Base annual shift earnings: $318,500
Additional earning potential:
- +$300 Holiday incentive (qualifying dates)
- Extra voluntary shifts available during off weeks
- Annual profit-sharing incentive (50% of program profit allocated to physicians; split between revenue & quality metrics)
This structure provides strong base stability with upside opportunity.
Schedule
- 7-on / 7-off
- 182 shifts per year
- 24/7 in-house physician coverage
- Structured rounding teams with swing and nocturnist coverage
- PTO counts toward shift requirements (for stockholders)
Strong APP Support Model
- Dedicated Acute/Mixed APP Team (7-on/7-off)
- Separate Waitlisted APP Team
- Shared-visit billing model per CMS guidelines
- Collaborative care for complex cases
- APP productivity contributes to revenue pool
