Locums - Williston, North Dakota, Hospitalist Job

We are seeking a Hospitalist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Williston, North Dakota. This inpatient role offers comprehensive hospitalist coverage, a supportive clinical team, and flexible scheduling based on facility needs. Ideal for providers comfortable managing a broad inpatient census, including ICU-level care.

• Inpatient-only hospitalist coverage

• Broad clinical scope including Med/Surg and ICU

• Support from an FNP Monday–Friday

• Manageable admission volume

• Ongoing coverage need due to provider illness

• Start Date: March 2, 2026

• Duration: Ongoing need

• Day Shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm

• Night Call: 7:00pm – 7:00am

• Days per Month: Varies depending on coverage needs

• Inpatient hospital-based setting

• 24-hour hospitalist coverage

• EMR: Meditech

• Coverage of all hospital admissions

• Daily rounding and ongoing care for admitted patients

• Manage Med/Surg and ICU patients

• OB consults as needed

• Collaborate with nursing staff and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care

• 3–5 admissions per day

• FNP support Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

• Board Eligible accepted

• Active North Dakota license – Required

• ACLS – Required

• BLS – Required

• DEA – Required
