Excellent locum opportunity for a Neuro Hospitalist to provide inpatient neurology and telestroke coverage in a well-supported acute care setting. Work alongside a dedicated stroke team in a primary stroke center environment with strong ICU and trauma support.
Excellent locum opportunity for a Neuro Hospitalist to provide inpatient neurology and telestroke coverage in a well-supported acute care setting. Work alongside a dedicated stroke team in a primary stroke center environment with strong ICU and trauma support.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient neurology coverage
• Manage acute stroke cases including telestroke consults
• Collaborate with ICU, trauma, and stroke teams
• Handle night call responsibilities and urgent neuro cases
Qualifications
• Board Certified Neurology
• Active Colorado License (or Active IMLC)
• Telestroke / Stroke telemedicine experience required
• Clean Malpractice and Background history
• BLS Certification
• Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
Working Hours
• Day Coverage: 6 AM – 6 PM (Inpatient + Telestroke)
• Night Call: 6 PM – 6 AM
• Approx. 5–15 shifts per month
