Job description
The Villages Health, soon transitioning to CenterWell Senior Primary Care, is seeking a Hospitalist to join our value-based hospitalist practice in The Villages, Florida.
This position offers a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7-on / 7-off schedule with an average daily census of approximately 12 patients. The practice operates within an open ICU model with dedicated Intensivist coverage, and no procedures are required.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitalists seeking a balanced schedule, manageable patient volumes, and a collaborative, quality-focused care environment.

Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
