Hospitalist Associates of Virginia (HAV) is an independent, physician-led hospitalist group seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join our established team in Central Virginia. With more than 65 physicians, HAV offers a sustainable schedule, strong clinical support, and a collaborative culture focused on high-quality patient care and long-term career satisfaction.
Positions are available at Lynchburg General Hospital, Southside Community Hospital (Farmville), and Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Job Responsibilities
Manage admissions, rounding, and discharges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in shared call coverage
Qualifications
Eligible for Virginia licensure
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented approach to care
No Visa Assistance at this time
Working Hours
Approximately 16 shifts per month
Majority of shifts at one primary site
