- ABIM or ABFM accepted
- 6p - 6a - NIGHTS needed
- 12 hour shifts - rotate beeper call
- Provider MUST be available to work 7 consecutive shifts - preferably two weeks per month
- MUST have Alaska License ACTIVE
- DEA must be transferrable or already in AK - cannot release credentialing documents without that and license in hand
- Credentialing timeline 45 - 60 days
- 18 - 22 patients per day/night
- EMR: Epic
- No procedures
