Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active and valid medical license in Colorado
- Proven experience managing labor and delivery, including high-volume settings
- Ability to perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic assessments
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with MFM support services
- Familiarity with Level 3 NICU protocols
- Prior experience in hospitalist or locum environments
- Knowledge of triage protocols and emergency obstetric procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 3 years' post-residency obstetric practice
- Prior locum or hospital-based OB experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the 04:00 – 06:00 shift
- Willingness to participate in collaborative back-up coverage arrangements
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- No travel restrictions; billing and licensing reimbursements provided where applicable
