  • Permanent
  • Full-time Hospitalist or Nocturnist
Schedule
  • 7 days on / 7 days off
  • Covers both day and night shifts (flexible rotation)
  • 1.0 FTE = 24 weeks per year
Patient Load
  • Average of 16 patient encounters per day shift
Licensure & Board Requirements (REQUIRED)
  • BC/BE Internal Medicine OR
  • BC/BE Family Medicine
  • Minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience
  • OR completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship
Practice & Facility Details
  • 36-bed hospital
  • Level III Trauma Center
  • Awarded “Top 20 Rural Hospital in the Nation”
  • Patient Coverage:
  • Med-Surg
  • Intermediate Care level patients
Team & Support Structure
  • Day shifts supported by an APP partner
  • Six local physician partners for scheduling flexibility
  • Backed by Fargo-based team of 20+ full-time hospitalists
  • Access to specialty and intensivist support
