Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to oversee the care of hospitalized children. As a vital member of our pediatric team, you will provide comprehensive medical management, coordinate patient care, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. This role is perfect for professionals committed to pediatric medicine, eager to contribute to a hospital setting that values excellence and patient-centered care.

Required Skills
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Valid state medical license and board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
  • Strong clinical skills in inpatient pediatric care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient pediatric setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric inpatient experience
  • Prior hospitalist or inpatient pediatric care experience is advantageous

Other Requirements
  • Availability to start on or after January 14, 2026
  • Commitment to providing high standards of pediatric care
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed (shift details to be confirmed)
  • Candidates must hold current CPR and PALS certifications
