We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to oversee the care of hospitalized children. As a vital member of our pediatric team, you will provide comprehensive medical management, coordinate patient care, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. Required Skills
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid state medical license and board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient pediatric care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient pediatric setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric inpatient experience
- Prior hospitalist or inpatient pediatric care experience is advantageous
Other Requirements
- Availability to start on or after January 14, 2026
- Commitment to providing high standards of pediatric care
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed (shift details to be confirmed)
- Candidates must hold current CPR and PALS certifications
