✔ Well-established, sustainable Hospitalist Group
✔ Focus on excellent patient care and education
✔ Average census: 10–12 patients per day
✔ 33% night shifts required (additional night shifts available if desired)
✔ Approximately 3 admissions per physician per day
✔ Two admitting teams on day shift
✔ 6-bed ICU
✔ Ventilator management experience required
✔ 12-hour shifts
✔ 2,000 hours per year = 1.0 FTE
✔ Hospitalist runs all inpatient codes (excluding the ER)
✔ Hospitalist responds to all Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls
