Located in Delta, CO - Grand Junction 40m
Full-time; Permanent position

Experience Required
Overview:
* Level 4 ER, 49-bed hospital with 6 ICU beds.
* 24/7 anesthesia on site.
* Services include General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Pulmonary, Plastics, Sleep, Cardiac Rehab, and Urology.
* 24-hour anesthesia and outpatient cardiology on site.
* High-volume hospital with an average daily census of 20
* Permanent monthly schedule focused on continuity of care and consistency for small rural communities and hospitals.
* Core Hospitalist Team assigned to the hospitals served.
* Minimum 7-day commitment per month required.
* 24/7 shifts.
* 24/7 shift block options include 7-day, 7 on/7 off, or 10 days or more.
* Dedicated, private, and comfortable quarters/call room provided.
* On-site two-bedroom home with kitchen available.
* Lunch is provided.

Qualifications:
* Board certified.
* Active license or ability to obtain.
* Ability to perform full scope of practice.
* Clean malpractice and disciplinary history.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient with intubations, central lines, and ventilator management.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
