Job description Are you a physician looking for a leadership position in your field? If so, we need you for our full-time inpatient rehab hospitalist co-medical director in Kingsport, Tennessee!

TeamHealth is seeking a board certified and licensed internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM) physician to lead our inpatient rehabilitation team. This is a day hospitalist position, seeing an average of 25 encounters per day. Call coverage only on days you are on shift.

This is full-time, benefits-eligible position that includes access to our Medical Directorship Leadership Academy. The Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA) will position you for success in quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with the facility leadership as a valued partner of the team. Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $268,248 to $317,621 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Additional leadership and growth opportunities are available as well.

We ask that you be board certified in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM) with both a current Tennessee medical license/DEA. Licensing assistance is available. Previous inpatient experience is preferred, however not required.
