Locum Hospitalist Opportunity

Seeking Board-Certified Hospitalists to provide intermittent locum coverage, primarily for weekend shifts with occasional additional days as needed. This role focuses on inpatient admitting and rounding in a supportive hospital environment.

Schedule & Coverage

  • Shifts: Admitting and/or rounding

  • Hours: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)

  • Coverage needs: Saturdays and Sundays, with some weekday coverage as needed

  • Start: ASAP for the right candidate

Clinical Details

  • Average census: 18–20 patients

  • ICU: Closed

  • EMR: Cerner

Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Active New York medical license at time of submission

  • BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Provider must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
