- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule: Day shift leadership role
- Approximately 40–50 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends, no call
- EMR: Epic
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Hospital Medicine team
- Provide oversight of inpatient care delivery, quality, and performance metrics
- Partner with administrative and clinical leadership to implement best practices
- Drive quality, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and professional development
- Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and workflows
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- New York medical license
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting
