🩺 Role Highlights
- 7 on / 7 off schedule | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Day shifts only – No on-call responsibilities
- Average patient load: 12–15 patients per physician
- Open ICU model with 24/7 intensivist support
- Team-based environment managing 40–50 patients daily
- EMR: Paragon
- Non-trauma hospital with excellent specialty support
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- New graduates accepted (must complete residency)
- Board Certification required within 2 years if BE
- Active NY license (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in an open ICU setting
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $275,000
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus 🎉
