Hospitalist Opening – Rome, New York 44 miles from Syracuse ### Position Details

• Work Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (7:00 AM ‚Äì 7:00 PM)
• Patient Volume: 12‚Äì15 patients per day per physician
• Team Census: 40‚Äì50 patients per day collectively
• ICU: Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation
• EMR: Paragon
• No call responsibilities
• Not accepting Locums, visa candidates, or 1099 candidates
• New graduates welcome (BE accepted within 1 year of eligibility; BC required within 2 years) ### Position Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care
• Perform daily rounds, admissions, rapid responses, and codes
• Conduct histories, physicals, assessments, and documentation
• Collaborate with intensivists, specialists, and hospital staff
• Ensure high-quality, coordinated care in a non-trauma hospital setting ### Benefits Details
• Guaranteed base salary: $250,000 ‚Äì $275,000
• Starting Bonus: $15,000
