- Low-volume, high-impact deliveries (average 1 delivery/day)
- Predictable 1:4 call rotation (weekday & weekend)
- 30-minute response time (not in-house)
- Strong nursing support and collaborative care model
- Focus on routine and occasional complicated deliveries
- High-risk cases are typically referred, allowing you to practice confidently within scope
- Approx. 360 births annually
- ~30% C-section rate
- Nursery Level I with limited admissions
- Use of a modern EMR for seamless documentation
- No supervision of other providers required
🩻 Procedures
- Routine and complicated vaginal deliveries
- C-sections and delivery decision-making
- Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST & FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations as needed
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Completion of an ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Active Ohio medical license
