Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Current certification or board eligible and active participation in the examination process leading to certification in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or by the American Board of Family Practice or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. Maintenance of Board Certification required for reappointment eligibility.
• Certifications: Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-approved residency training program in internal medicine or family medicine
• Licensure: Active MS license required. Accepting IMLC; Active MS DEA required for presentation.
