Post Acute Care Medical Director Opening in Lexington, KY We are seeking a Physician to serve as Post-Acute Care Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility in Lexington, KY. * Monday-Friday (4-5 days/week) * Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care * Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners * Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care in collaboration with clinicians, facility leaders, and others * Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $180,934 to $221,168 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. * Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Qualifications * Primary care experience required * Skilled nursing facility experience a plus * Active and unrestricted Kentucky license or application in process * Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority or application in process Lexington, KY In the heart of Kentucky's thoroughbred horse country, Lexington offers a moderate year-round climate with four well-defined seasons.
