London, Kentucky, Hospital Nocturnist Opportunity Clinical Role:

• Nocturnist position. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
• 7x7 schedule 12 - hour night shifts only
• Visa sponsorship available (H1B or J1) for those who require it, with dedicated in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts
• Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility in Internal medicine (not FP).
• Not accepting new graduates. Require 1 yr minimum hospitalist experience.
• No procedures, but you must be comfortable with codes
• Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage
• Work within a structured program divided into two daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage
• Compensation: competitive salary with additional bonuses based on performance
• Client is offering signing incentives of $125,000 for the Nocturnist position
