Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide hospital-based care for pediatric patients, including newborns and infants in a nursery setting
- Manage neonatal beds for babies requiring advanced care or close observation
- Oversee care in mother/baby rooms
- Deliver care in a rural environment and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support pediatric and neonatal patients
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
Additional Information
- Clean background required to grant temporary privileges
- Pediatric Hospital Medicine board certification required
- Experience with pediatric critical care preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a rural environment
- Oregon medical license required
