Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Hospitalist in Elizabethtown, KY
Join a dynamic OB/GYN Hospitalist practice in the beautiful city of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The facility is conveniently located just a short drive from major cities such as Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN, making it an ideal location for both work and play.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 in-house coverage
- Conduct OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and delivery for unassigned patients
- Respond to emergencies in Labor & Delivery, antepartum, postpartum, Emergency Room, and floor consults
- Perform surgical assists at Cesarean sections
- Collaborate with Neonatology, Nursing, and other specialties and departments
- Available for ongoing care responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
- Recent OB/GYN clinical experience within the last 12 months
- Strong team player with a commitment to quality patient care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various medical professionals
License and Certification Requirements:
- Kentucky license preferred (or in process) or active IMLC compact eligible
- Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire
- Current CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
