We are seeking a board-certified Pediatric Hospitalist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Louisiana, starting Jan 5, 2026. This position features a week on/week off schedule, 24-hour call from home, providing coverage across inpatient pediatric care, ED consults, and newborn couplet care with NNP support.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide care for a inpatient pediatric floor
- Conduct emergency department consults for pediatric patients
- Deliver newborn couplet care in collaboration with neonatal nurse practitioners
- No responsibility for nursery call or rounds; NICU coverage handled separately
Additional Information
- Board certification in Pediatric Hospital Medicine required (board eligible not accepted)
- Valid Louisiana license or active IMLC required
- Must have at least 6 months of recent clinical experience in pediatric hospital medicine
- Clinical activity within the past year required
- Completion of prescreen questionnaire and CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained is mandatory
