A well-established, hospital-employed Hospitalist group in the Florida Panhandle is seeking an additional BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a highly collaborative, physician-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice inpatient medicine in a supportive environment with strong resources, academic involvement, and access to one of the most beautiful coastal regions in the state.
Position Highlights

Hospital-Only Role – No outpatient responsibilities

No ICU Procedures – Intensivists fully cover critical care

Team Structure: 28 physicians + 12 APPs

Hospital Size: 700+-bed regional referral center
-
Coverage: ~170 acute-care beds
-
Flexible, Physician-Driven Scheduling promoting continuity of care and balanced workloads

Both IM and FM physicians welcomed

Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM or FM)
