We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Hospitalist Physician to join our well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group serving the Fall River community. Position Overview:

  • Hospitalists work a 7-on / 7-off schedule, assigned to one of two local hospitals for each weekly block.
  • Rounding Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Admitting “Swing” Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Candidates must be willing to rotate between both shifts.
  • No required overnight shifts.
  • Additional shifts are available for those who desire extra income.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Estimated range $260,000 – $315,000+ depending on experience and shift participation

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
