Hospitalist - Pediatrics

Required Skills:
  • Valid medical license in relevant state
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Proven experience in hospital-based pediatric care
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with CLIA-waived in-office testing
  • Prior exposure to pediatric call schedules
  • Knowledge of hospital workflows and electronic medical records systems
  • CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pediatric care experience
  • Prior experience in a hospitalist role is highly desirable

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start on or around December 31, 2025
  • Ability to work a fixed clinic schedule with rotating call, including weekends
  • Willingness to participate in call rotations, predominantly newborn care
  • Documentation of all overtime and callback hours
  • Willingness to travel or participate in training as necessary

Compensation for this position is competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
