Hospitalist - Pediatrics

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in relevant state
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Proven experience in hospital-based pediatric care
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with CLIA-waived in-office testing
- Prior exposure to pediatric call schedules
- Knowledge of hospital workflows and electronic medical records systems
- CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pediatric care experience
- Prior experience in a hospitalist role is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or around December 31, 2025
- Ability to work a fixed clinic schedule with rotating call, including weekends
- Willingness to participate in call rotations, predominantly newborn care
- Documentation of all overtime and callback hours
- Willingness to travel or participate in training as necessary
