Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one
- Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care, including deliveries and emergency management
- Exceptional clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies
- NICU coverage or neonatology experience
- Prior locum or hospitalist experience in OB care
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensing
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 01/01/2025
- Possession of or ability to obtain necessary licensure and hospital privileges
- Willingness to work Day shifts as scheduled
- Compliance with all hospital and regulatory protocols, including licensure and certifications
