Lexington, KY hospital is seeking a nocturnist NP to join their dynamic team. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Semi-open ICU with 24 hour intensivist coverage. Procedures not requred. Established team of 20 physicians and 6 APPs. Work alongside a culturally diverse team with a balanced mix of experienced providers and new graduates.. Collaborate closely with hospital administration, participating in committees and projects to improve hospital operations and patient care.. Enjoy a supportive work environment with regular touch bases and social gatherings outside the hospital to foster team cohesion.. Competitive compensation package with additional bonuses.. $30,000 commencement bonus.
