A well-established healthcare network in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking dedicated Hospitalists to join its growing team. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the area’s year-round mild climate, scenic desert landscapes, and vibrant arts and culture community.
Position Overview
Full-time, employed position based in Tucson, AZ
Shift-based schedule with a 7-on/7-off block structure and some flexibility for an improved work-life balance
Support from a swing shift physician, nocturnist, and an Advanced Practice Provider
Average daily patient census: 18, with 1–2 admissions per shift
Closed ICU with procedure support from Intensivists and IV Team
Optional teaching opportunities with internal medicine residents
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Spanish language skills preferred but not required
