Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide inpatient care with ICU support not required
- Manage acute and chronic cases, including non-invasive and invasive ventilation
- Interpret EKGs and conduct cardiac stress tests
- Collaborate with anesthesia, general surgery, lab, orthopedic surgery, and radiology teams
- Ensure high-quality care for adult patients; pediatric care is not required
Additional Information
- Active Texas medical license required
- Board certification in hospital medicine required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
- Fellowship training preferred
