Job Responsibilities
• Provide 24-hour OB Hospitalist coverage (option for 12-hour shifts available)
• Manage OB triage, admissions, deliveries, and inpatient care
• Collaborate with MFM physicians and CNMs for high-risk antepartum & intrapartum care
• Support teaching and mentorship within the OB Hospitalist program
• Coordinate care for optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes
Qualifications
• Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required
• Active IN License or IMLC Eligible – Preferred
• Minimum 1-year post-residency experience
• Recent hands-on OB/GYN practice (within 12 months)
Working Hours
3–6 shifts per month | 24-hour or 12-hour options | Flexible scheduling
Skills
• Expertise in labor & delivery management
• Strong clinical judgment in acute obstetric cases
• Team-oriented and adaptable to multidisciplinary settings
