Job Responsibilities
• Provide 24-hour in-house OB/GYN coverage for triage, admissions, and deliveries
• Manage OB/GYN emergencies and coordinate care with community physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and safety
• Communicate effectively with office-based providers regarding patient care
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required
• Active OH License or IMLC eligible – Preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent OB/GYN clinical experience – Required
Working Hours
24-hour shifts | Flexible scheduling | Weekend coverage required
