Lead a collaborative, high-performing hospitalist team in one of Montana’s most scenic regions.
A 151-bed community hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Internist or Family Medicine physician to serve as Hospitalist Medical Director.

Position Highlights:

• Leadership role overseeing a smaller, experienced group of clinicians
• Join an established team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs
• Associate Director in place to support day-to-day leadership duties
• Scheduling handled by others – no administrative burden
• Excellent regional medical director support and administrative infrastructure
• Basic vent management skills helpful
• No call responsibilities
• Time carved out for administrative days
• Compensation exceeds $400K for 145 day shifts annually
• No prior leadership experience required, but a minimum of 2 years of hospitalist experience is needed
