Maryland hospital is seeking a full-time nocturnist to cover 7-on/7-off night shifts starting December 30, 2025 and ongoing in the Eastern Shore Region.
Key Details:
- Shift: 7p–7a (occasional 3p–3a as needed)
- Responsibilities: Floor coverage, admissions, and code response (closed ICU; no procedures required)
- Team Coverage: 2 providers on floors, 1 dedicated to ED
- EMR: Epic
- Facility: 283-bed, Trauma Level 3, stroke-certified
- Provider Requirements: MD licensed in Maryland, board certified in specialty, ACLS/BLS
- Locum Type: Scheduled clinical hours only; temporary privileges available
- Support Staff: 1–2 PAs/NPs; variable RN support
- Travel: Nearest airport SBY; lodging recommended at Hampton Inn
Additional Info:
- Coverage is ongoing with holidays allowed
- Credentialing typically takes 30-60 days
